TOGETHER, TO REDEFINE
THE PRODUCTION PROCESS

FROM CONCEPT
TO SERIAL PRODUCTION

We are your most reliable travel partner in your journey from your idea to your finished product.
At Hoppe, we have invested in a solid structure, in highly-skilled professionals, and in cutting-edge technologies to bring in house each stage of the process: from feasibility studies, to product and production process development, to the creation of the first prototypes, right up to the series production of components and assemblies, to ensure compliance with the most stringent and selective quality standards.
Each department is interconnected and works in synergy with the others to ensure sharing and transfer of information in real time, with full and constant control of the progress of the production cycle.

1 / PRODUCT
DEVELOPMENT

We are the ideal partner to support our customers right from the very genesis of the project. Our methods and know-how are available for in-depth analysis of models, feasibility studies, forecasting and solving critical issues, optimisation and finalisation of the design phase.
Thanks to our in-house metrology lab and many years of collaboration with accredited laboratories, we also offer product validation services in compliance with the different standards and regulations required by our customers.

2 / MOULD MAKING AND PROCESS DEVELOPMENT

We produce small, medium and large translational and rotary moulds in aluminium and steel for prototyping and series production, for plastics and rubber moulding, gas moulding, co-moulding of inserts, decorative over-injection of fabrics, film, rubber, PMMA, PC. All stages of mould making, from development to material procurement and construction, are carried out in-house or at suppliers well-proven by decades of close collaboration.
Our services are complemented by mould tests, dimensional surveys, DOE, ergonomic and capability studies, and the LEAN approach.

3 / PROTOTYPE AND SERIES PRODUCT MANUFACTURE

Our company employs the latest generation of moulding equipment to ensure that production always meets the most selective and stringent quality standard, as requested by our customers.
In addition to prototyping, Hoppe also handles the production of complex, assembled, mass-produced articles, always with the highest quality standards and the minimum environmental impact.
The company offers a range of different manufacturing processes, from single-material injection to co-moulding of metal inserts, over-injection onto rubber, fabric, various plastics, as well surface finishes including sandblasting, embossing, painting, chrome-plating, flocking, fabric and leather covering.

TECHNOLOGY
FOR EXCELLENCE

Specialisation in prototyping and experimentation focused on the creation of unique products require Hoppe to research and invest in advanced technologies, capable not only of producing perfect articles, but also be ready for the technical processes and methods of production in the course of being developed. This is why we carefully select and adopt the most advanced production systems that technology has to offer, anticipating the transition to an Industry 4.0 model, in which automation and interconnected computer systems are managed by a new generation of professionals, ready to lead the new industrial revolution.
